The Principles of Carpe U

1. Carpe Diem. Latin, meaning “seize the day.” We can create our own opportunities. Each moment is an opportunity and when we seize the moment to better ourselves in spirit, mind, and body, we initiate habits that build our desired lives and futures. We use fitness to develop our bodies, but we are more than just our bodies. Spirit, mind and body are not separate entities, rather they are part of the whole. We want to create a balance, a character that withstands circumstance.
